Founded in March 2017, Fresh Cut Vege is a proud family-owned business, created by Fawaz M Mikari with a clear vision: to deliver premium quality vegetables and fruits to the foodservice industry with honesty, care, and consistency.

Starting from a small operation in Peakhurst, NSW, we’ve grown into a trusted name in vegetable and fruit processing and wholesale distribution, proudly servicing kebab and pizza shops, RSL clubs, cafés, restaurants, and local community groups.

We specialise in the sale and processing of fresh vegetables and fruits, and have expanded our offering to include a wide range of frozen, chilled, ambient, packaged, and value-added products such as cheese, fries, salad mixes, sauces, dressings, and sustainable packaging.

Driven by customer feedback and changing industry needs, we’ve built long-term relationships based on reliability, custom service, and consistent quality. From our warehouse in Peakhurst, we now supply both locally and across ACT & NSW.
