Tarragon is a fragrant, leafy herb with long, slender green leaves and a distinctive flavour profile – bittersweet with subtle hints of anise or licorice. Commonly used in French cuisine (especially in sauces like Béarnaise), tarragon pairs beautifully with chicken, fish, eggs, and creamy dishes. It’s also popular in pickling and infused vinegars.
